5. Auction Process and Bidding

  • 5.2 Bidding: Registered users can place bids on items listed on the site. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder and meet the reserve price. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted.
  • 5.3 Winning Bids: If you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction, you are obligated to complete the purchase in accordance with the terms set by the seller.

6. Payments and Fees

  • 6.1 Fees: TechBids.ai may charge fees for certain services, including listing fees and transaction fees. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to use.
  • 6.2 Payment Methods: Payments must be made through the approved methods listed on our platform. TechBids.ai is not responsible for any payment issues or disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Buyer Protection and Disputes

TechBids.ai strives to provide a secure and reliable auction experience. However, we are not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers. Any disputes arising between users must be resolved independently, and TechBids.ai may, at its sole discretion, provide support or mediation if requested.

8. User Conduct
